In January of 2019, some dear friends organized a trip to Kona/Kailuha on the Big Island/Hawaii. They hired Deron Verbeck to take 16 of us out on a trip to see Manta Rays, Whales and most specifically Whale Sharks.  Focus hard enough on what you want, dedicate yourself to saving the ocean and its creatures and your wish will come true?  So lucky were we to see all of what we longed for and more — mantas, Blainesville Beak Whales, several types of dolphins and, in the end, a beautiful whale shark.  Check out Deron’s website “I am Aquatic”.  Better yet, book a trip with him.
